Mooresville Town Hall Hit With Iranian Drone

Mooresville News

As fighting continues across the Middle East, the conflict has now made its way to our own backyard. Late last night, an Iranian drone struck Mooresville Town Hall, leveling the building. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported, and Pelican’s SnoBalls across the street, was not damaged.

While the idea may seem unlikely to many residents, sources claim that the Mooresville Town Hall building quickly became a strategic hub for geopolitical analysis relating to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.

According to officials, United States Secretary of Defence War, Pete Hegseth, reportedly took an interest in the town hall, previously referring to the building as “epic”, noting that it could serve as a key location for coordinating future military actions. At one point, Hegseth even stated that he “can’t wait to bomb innocent children trying to go to school” from there.

Shortly after the drone struck the building, Iran’s newly installed supreme leader, Mojtaba Khamenei released a statement addressing the incident and explaining its purpose:

Now here it is translated:

“We as an Iranian nation have the right to protect ourselves and our interests. We have been monitoring the situation in Mooresville for many years. Its ever increasing position in this war has made it a necessary target for us. We want the people of Mooresville to understand that this is not an act of aggression, but an act of defense. The Mooresville Town Hall has provided the United States and Israel with far too much intelligence regarding the Iranian military positions, we had no choice.”

These revelations have raised numerous concerns among residents as many were unaware of Mooresville’s important role in the conflict. Some have even retracted previous statements against Mayor Chris Carney and his late night escapades in town hall, as they now believe he was participating in strategic geopolitical analysis.

Mooresville town officials have yet to issue a formal response, though many are assuming that the town of Mooresville will put its own troops on the ground in retaliation.
